Want to Exchange?
We have an easy exchange policy. " Customer can Exchange their products within 5 days from the date of delivery of the order".
For exchange, In case of Size or Color, the customer needs to mark us an email at help@sleepynuts.com or WhatsApp us (from homepage of www.somefits.com) along with their Order ID, Phone Number and Email ID. Our team will contact you within 24-48hrs.
NOTE*:
- Customer can exchange one time.
- To raise any disputes related to your order: Unboxing Video is must for any sort of complaint.
- Please Follow the Rules:
- Show the packed courier parcel, followed by address and tracking detail.
- Keep taking the video, open the parcel showing all sides .
- Take out the product, Show it clearly.
- If you find it damage or any other issue, must show it clearly in the video.

Video should be without cut/pause
- We will not accept any Exchange or Return if the customer purchase our products from "GIFT CARD".

Make sure while Return/Refund/Exchange of product, tags should intact in the product.
Without tags we will not be able process the requests of Return/Refund/Exchange.

Terms & Conditions for return and Exchange:
1. If customer is facing size issues, and would like to change the product with larger or smaller size, we will arrange a pickup.
Note*: Please take a picture or video of all products that you are returning back to the pickup guy and send us on above mentioned contact details. It will help us to dispatch you exchange parcel ASAP.
We will exchange the size of the product, the color would be same as purchased.
While returning the parcel back for exchange, if we did not receive any Pictures / Video, we will dispatch your parcel once we receive at our warehouse.
2. If customer wants to exchange the Color, In that case, Customer needs to send back the parcel at our warehouse i.e: SOMEFITS (A and P Designer Products) Wz-280 B, GF, Gali Number-4, Shri Nagar, Ranibagh, 110034
Note*: Please take a picture or video of all products that you are returning back while sending us at above mentioned details. It will help us to verify if any dispute occur after delivery at our warehouse you exchange parcel ASAP. We will dispatch your parcel once we receive at our warehouse.
3. If customer is facing Quality issues and would like to return the order, In that case, Customer needs to send back the parcel at our warehouse. Once we receive the parcel and verified, we will initiate the Refund.

For COD Customers:
1. In case of COD orders, we will provide gift card, if customer wants to return their product.
2. In case of RTO, if customer needs the product again, we will resend it only if customer will be ready for prepaid.

It will help us to verify if any dispute occur after delivery at our warehouse you exchange parcel ASAP. We will dispatch your parcel once we receive at our warehouse.
In some of the areas, reverse pickup is restricted by the courier partners, in that case customer needs to self ship their product.
If customer receive incorrect order / damage product , we will arrange a reverse pickup and send the correct product again. We will not provide the refund in that case .
Disclaimer: If customers are sending the parcels after 7 days we will not entertain those orders in terms of exchange and refund.
